Details: On the fly substitutions (think hockey) makes this a great workout and keeps the disc in hand all winter.
Paid pre-registration of at least 12 people is necessary to fund the facility costs for this session. Please pay through Paypal to expediate the determination of pre-registered players.

Location : York Sports Center (driving directions)

Date and Time : Wednesday nights, 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

Session dates :

• Session 1 : November 18, 2009 - December 30, 2009
• Session 2 : January 6, 2010 - February 17, 2010
• Session 3 : February 24, 2010 - April 7, 2010

Cost : $60 to pre-pay for each session (3 free nights) or $15/night drop-in. Please pre-pay!
